Prime location, value for money, safe surroundings, friendly staff, clean and minimalistic interior.

Not one thing.

During my Christmas stay, I was kinda surprised by the excellent service at this hotel. The staff were very attentive and made me feel like a valued guest. The housekeeping was great, ensuring that my room was alwaysvery comfy and tidy. I especially loved the constant supply of refreshing water, a thoughtful touch. the location of the hotel was unbeatable. It was conveniently situated near designer boutiques and within walking distance of famous attractions like the Tuileries, Louvre, and Musee d'Orsay.

Great location for shopping with high-end brands nearby, making it convenient for shoppers. Felt safe walking alone in the area. Welcoming and helpful staff at the concierge and luggage services. Some room for improvement with certain front office staff. Free smartphone provided with 4G and useful city guide app.

We had a fantastic time staying in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the world-famous Louvre Museum. The hotel's prime location in the 1st arrondissement made it incredibly convenient for us to explore all the major attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

We noticed that some of the hallways and areas of the hotel were in need of a little maintenance and updating.

Brilliant staff, excellent location, stylish rooms. Arrived on a Friday to a warm welcome with champagne, macaroons, and fruit. Friendly bar staff and reception, with attentive service. Quiet location close to everything and next to a famous fashion brand.

My recent stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. Service was exceptional, and the amenities including the sauna, jacuzzi, and spa centre were impressive. the room was well, advantaged, and the restaurant served a delectable dinner with special diet menus available. Coffee and tea were conveniently available in the lobby, and the private facilities were perfect for relaxation.

The hotel met every need, except for the lack of in, room breakfast service. This is a minor issue that didn't detract from my overall experience.

We loved everything about our stay at Castille Paris. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure all our requests were taken care of. The in-room service was fabulous and fast, and the hotel's location is right in the heart of the city, close to all the flagship stores we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable, right in the center of Paris, close to all the big sights. From some of the bedrooms, you can even see the Chanel atelier, adding a touch of glamour. The breakfast is fresh and absolutely delicious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The service is impeccable, with a personal touch. The staff is helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel has an old-world, elegant feel to it, which adds to the overall charm.

Some guests mentioned that the mini bar and bar were overpriced.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. From the sauna and spa centre to the exclusive room advantages, every need was fulfilled. the in, room breakfast and restaurant offered delectable cuisine and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. Coffee/tea in the lobby was a nice touch too. Private facilities were a great perk.
